i apologize, it wasn't actually directed at you personnaly but your previous post was the drop that filled the glass. It is generic, i am really tired of the "no one does that" or "who would do that" generalization, as if whoever does "that" would be stupid for doing it.
back on topic, i firmly believe that most of the people who keeps a bugged items knows perfectly that they are bugged and if they keep them is only because that bug will give them some kind of advantage at a certain time. Whenever/wherever there is a bug there wilkl be someone willing to exploit it, and some of them are so shameless that when the bug is fixed they even complain about it.
Actually, have to be thankful that Trion was kind enough to repair them, i have seen games in which they wiped out bugged items from the game without even a "sorry, we will destroy them all" Trion at least gave a solution and no one hade to lose anything.
Usually I would have said generally speaking no one..... And that's what I meant really, I know not everyone does the same things and my idea of right is someone else's idea of wrong, I kept my old green nano fragger for nostalgic reasons, it was the gun I used to get the brain surgeon achievement and it removed many a head after that
I was actually saying pretty much what you said about complaining about glitches being patched, case of crossed wires I guess, no harm done :)
Not currently. Any weapon that has set bonuses was left alone as there's no easy way to change non-randomized weapons without the changes being retroactive. It's possible to do, just time consuming, so I may try to tackle it in the future when I have the time. No idea when that would be, though.
