how do the new changes on weapon rolls affect upgrading rarity.

Do you still have a chance to upgrade the rarity and stack rolls on pre patch weapons or has that been completely eliminated.do the new balanced rolls only appIy to post patch weapons.I ask because I was going to upgrade a purple with a green damage roll and wondered if it could still be a 2x damage or if it was more likely to get an accuracy ,recoil or another crumby roll.clarification is appreciated.good question, right

Any weapon you had before patch can get multi rolls.

If anyone has tried it I would appreciate it if you could share your experiance.thankyou

I went ahead and upgraded a green SAW I've had a few months and it gave me one of the old blue rolls. No rolls were duplicated but that was probably just by chance and not the new design.

According to everything the devs have said, the old weapons won't be affected by this at all. You can still get duplicate rolls, and the same rolls as before. Honestly, upgrading an old purp to an oj may or may not prove this, as you have the same chances of getting or not getting a duplicate roll as before.

Accurate. New drops since the patch use the new system. Previous drops use the old. That includes upgrading.

On PS3na, someone pulled an OJ VBI AR. It had an orange accuracy roll.

Sadly, it is in the pool, so upgrading can roll this.

I know it's Tricks favorite roll, but it is the death of a lot of guns in the trading world...

I've been considering pulling those rolls from legendary. It's intentional that not every roll is equally valuable on random guns, but it does kinda suck to get it on the legendary bonus.

Or maybe increase the value a little, accuracy isn't so bad the given number just isn't enough to make a considerable difference q.q. An OJ accu roll on a SAW would be great if the boost was higher.
