- the code expires at midnight
- you can only claim it via the account page via a web browser (you can not claim in game)
- for console players you'll need to Link your Trion account with your console account
- if you are logged in to the game while entering the code it may require you to log out and back in to see it in your claim items

Thanks. I tried there but it said I was logging in from somewhere else and by time I recived the email with a code it was too late :(

Did you try anyway, because a friend just enteredthe code 30 minutes ago and it worked.

not true. it immediately/automatically claimed on the first character I logged into which happened to be just a storage character -_- not happy. I assumed it would go to my claimable section.
