We are still recruiting, after this big update hopefully clan voice will be working making the whole clan exprience actually worthwhile. No real requirements other than being mature and not annoying. I am finished the main story so I am up for helping anyone who needs it with missions, contracts, pursuits, arkfalls whatever you need.
