why should it be taken down?

''You state you can not talk about a moderator's decisions.''

i think that refers to if a mod on the forums deletes a thread, or bans an account from loggin in, just on the forums, thats not allowed, but in game questions are allowed. like why did it take so long for a specific person on xbox eu, who sent death threats via PM to get banned? (and he wasn't just saying 'im gonna kill you' with no credibility, it was 'you live in this post code, i can tell from your IP, i will come kill you')

I don't know, tho OP here seems to have a special problem with that threaad (including the part where he said other guy named and shamed him, but no one else but himself can see his name being named anywhere) and the thread is actually good beccause i am sure many people learned a lot of things about what's allowed and what isn't in the CoC and ToS.

To the OP: You cannot expect threads to be removed only because you personally and unilaterally dislike them and as for banning another person, if you bothered to reaad the ToS and CoC (with which you agreed to respect and uphold when you clicked the "Agree" button) clearly states that the decisions in matters of discipline are not to be discussed nor disclosed, if Trion's representatives decides to ban someone they wont tell anyone else, anyone about that decision except to the person being banned, so there is no possible way for you to know if a disciplinary action is taken upon someone without violating the CoC/ToS yourself. But as my unce used to say "Everyone is free to dig their own grave..."

honestly though, no one should know who the mods are because then someone can try to do something like this and ask for things they dislike to be taken down. Mods are there for a reason and honestly they should not be known. Plus god forbid some dumb person hacking their forum account or in-game account and banning and taking down things.
