Loadouts copying outfits and perks when switching between them

I will try KetoOshi's fix and see if it works for me for now, not that it changes the fact that this is a major bug that needs to be fixed ( thank you for looking into it KetoOshi, I haven't seen a fix anywhere out there aside from yours, thank you for you research into it ) I still haven't found one to the outfit problem but I'll definitely try that too.

As far as weapons in loadouts that particular problem I haven't encountered yet, but that's another serious one and I see no reason to not include it in this thread since we might as well make it into a " Load out screw ups " thread, since they are more or less all likely to be tied together. Let's keep this one rolling on and continue to make sure it gets attention. As I said before there are a lot of bugs that absolutely are a problem but are much less significant than this one but the people complaining about it are a lot more aggressive and loud about it ( which I encourage people in this thread not to be, no matter how many bugs it does nothing positive to whine about it or yell at anyone about it. Let's try honey instead of vinegar ).

I would say out of all the bugs in the game this one might be the most pressing, so let's make sure that we let the developers know that and that we feel that way ( excepting of course bugs that make the game unplayable such as connection issues ) if you are reading this and agree please help us out by making sure your voice is heard.

I'd also like to hear from a forum moderator, Sledgehammer I'd personally love to hear from you on this :)

Agreed, This needs to stay relevant so the Devs. and Sledgehammer and see and hopefully have a quickfix patch or it get included in the upcoming huge patch on the 15th

Least favorite bug I've encountered in the game so far, really inconvenient.

Yea this is REALLY annoying, I mean whats the point of having more than 1 loadout if you can't customize them?

Same solution (hit esc between every change in loadout) works for both weapon, gear or outfit.
If I use the inventory-tab instead of the loadout-tab and click a weapon and then equip it will bug most of the times. So use the loadout-tab and only equip one gear/perk/outfit at a time before you hit esc.

Changed all my perks again and that worked for me, same with outfit. BUT not with titles they change to the same on all my loadouts. I don´t know but maybe I´m the lucky one because same title in all my loadouts I can live with.

edit: I keep playing with the loadouts and hopefully I can find the reason to why perks works for me and not you

As far as I know the Title is universal, at least it always has been. It was in beta if I recall, so unless I'm missing something the Title never switches. I wish that it worked for me Keta, and I hope very much that other people are as lucky are you are :)

Thank you very much :) I have a strange sort of relationship with the people who whine/cry/QQ whatever. I think they do more harm than good. It's like blowing up a statue to get the city to build a bridge. I guarantee that they will rebuild the statue first ;)

I did start a thread to address all the things we'd like to say to the QQ people, just so we don't lose our minds dealing with them ;) It makes things easier to address the issues separately.

Thanks for the bump, but unfortunately it didn't work for me.

The only thing preventing this bug from happening is to have the same power in all loadouts.
Guess, I'm stuck to Cloak... but it would be more useful to use Overcharge during Arkfalls instead.

Nope didnt work for me at all.... you gotta have the same ego power in all your loadouts in order to keep the different outfits...

It only sucks because i want Cloak on my sniper loadout

Agreed. There are some hiccups here and there. But this particular issue is really grating.

This is the only bug that has really slowed me down. Fix will be way down on the list though...not bad enough to keep me from playing like connectivity issues will

Same issues as listed above. Hope the devs comment on this soon. Aside from this the game seems to be running very smooth on the Xbox.

Just be patient and keep on bumping this up. I'd like people who have this problem to continue to bump this up, in fact I'd like anyone who has a " pet " bug please bump this one up. I truly believe this is the way to get individual bugs fixed. Pick them one at a time and let the developers know which ones are truly important. Let this be your experiment thread, and we'll see how much push we can get.

Thank you very much, I had a thread about it too, and so do many others, it's why I'm making a concentrated effort to consolidate all of us onto one thread and keep this thread bumped up on the forums where it can't be buried under all the other ones. I described the same issue I'm having on PC about 5 days ago (4/4/13) in another thread and I will also keep an eye on this thread hoping there will be some news of a fix for this bug

I am having the same perk issue on XBOX 360.

Seriously..this is extremely frustrating.

Same here, with my main character. it seems to have started happening after I picked up a second EGO power (Decoy.) I started with overload... I even tried to respec once, not picking up the second EGO power, but it still happens on that character... *boggle*

Same perk problem on xbox. I have 3 loadouts, 2 are the same perk different weapons but the 3rd. is different perk all together (decoy) and since then have the problem.

no fix for this bug it seems in the 4/9 update :(

Doesn't appear to be know, but we'll keep on going. That's all we can do, and you never know, perhaps not every fix is listed in the patch notes. We can have hope anyway, and if not then we keep right on going. Determination and patience will get this fixed.

I will add my voice in as well. Same thing happens to me, and it also removes the last perk I have equipped on a seemingly random basis. It is annoying because I have one for cloaked sniping and range related perks, and one for close combat with overpower. Why do I need Shadowed Strike on Overload? and so on. It also started happening after I picked up my second EGO power. Hope they fix it soon because it is very annoying.

I stopped using the exta loadouts because of this problem.

I tried the same ego power in all three loadouts it still happens.

I tried escaping back to normal screen out of the menu between switching loadouts and they still overwrote each other.

I cna confirm the source of the loadout problem seems to be loadout 3 copying itself to the others. This last time I noticed that the outfit names for the original loadout 1 was still the same, but the graphicsical costume itself copied loadout 3.

I also ran into where every time I zone, log in/out, fast travel it unequips my 5th perk. That is really annoying.

This started happening to me as soon as I got 2nd loadout and 2nd power. I hope it gets fixed. As it is I just run 1 loadout unless I run out of ammo and need to use other gun for now. Please fix this!!!

I've got this same problem :( getting on my nerves when i'm switching from PvP to PvE

IMO, the most annoying bug in game lol. Well... Actually idk bout that, but very frustrating. I'd love to have 3 load outs with 3 powers and not have it copy them. Please fix this ASAP, or my noodle will e'splode!

Yeah it gets annoying when you have to press start everytime you change something on this game.

good luck with that...i've had a forum thread, bug report and service desk ticket open since the very first day this game came out alerting them to this problem....no response at all in a week. don't hold your breath, their too busy fixing ark fall loot and the tutorial mode...no time to fix a huge bug that inhibits the emphasis of their game play: seamless integration/customization of multiple powers

i opt in aswell. got the same bug as op. just thought to give my voice on that. i´m on Xbox european server.
