Never Any one To play with?
On the day of launch it was so fun. The starting area had Tons of people and missions were fun because everyone was doing them. Bu after recent server patches it seems as iff there is no one playing?. i see the casual straggler running through a road here and there. and the People afk at merchants. But u dont understand how depressing it is to run around doing missions by yourself (as an avid mmo player). I also run up on some ArkFalls near my Mission areas and there are no one ive had to solo literally 5 of them It really sucks. So i ask Please have a server Change Option to go to populated servers or somthing. It sucks not being able to enjoy the game from the aspect of not enough people around for the dynamic events Thanks.

How many people is enough for YOU?
What do you expect to happen - thirty people all doing the same missions that are meant for maybe no more than six at a time? Where do you find these people otherwise?

There is no higher population server per se - the reson you don't see many people at once is because they won't be loitering anywhere as the game isn't meant for that.

What, so everyone should play the game at *your* pace? The shards can only hold so many people and if, say 500 are at zone X then you in zone Y will barely see anyone. People are about, doing their thing and with the map being as large as it is, you only run into so many people. If you want to see people, hunt arkfalls and you'll see the bulk of people currently playing. Oh, wait, that's not what YOU want to do so everyone should follow you to keep you entertained... sheesh.

There are many places where arkfalls happen, not just near YOU

Never had any issue with a low player count tbh.

Depends on where you are in the main story since the area's shift a bit in difficulty and there's tons of quests.

If there is an arkfall, there's always people present there.

I agree the groupplay is not happening at all. I ways trying to do missions with a friend of mine yesterday. He started 2 days later than me. We grouped up. It sucked. Everytime he ran into a misisonarea he got his own instance and i was in a diffrent one. We werent able to get into the same instance so i could possibly help him to do his mission. I was ending up waiting till he finished his mission so we could rejoin. That sucks and something HAS to be done about it or this game really has to call itself MMOSFPS (Massive Multiplayer SOLO First Person Shooter)...

Timezones and quest areas would be your problem

You're either playing at the wrong time or questing in a area which the majority of players have already done/aren't up to.

wrogn time zone? lol... perhaps its vice verse.. others play at wrong time?

Thats one massive problem i see - low areas becoem empty once the majority of the release rush is over.
People finish main quests and just do arkfalls and coop and such.

99% of the maps will be basically empty.

Even now medium areas felt... lonely... even end up soloing multiple minor arkfalls and did the whole major one with just 4 people.
And it was at a fairly good time for most eu (evening).

Besides few dailies (that also make me wonder where the area they ask for is on map Oo) you do it once... if you feel like it at all.
There is no reason to go and do those old "quest" areas - loot absolutely sucks (90% of the times its cheap white), exp is tiny (just do some minievents and such or coop for exp).

In 2-3 months you have a few new players joining and thats it.

Unless trion can make up some better daily system (right now it seems too... repetitive and boring) and adds random questlines weekly (dont need new content - can reuse old areas, just interact differently, rewards etc) to make people actually revisit places (and please no kill xx this deliver that).

I've had to wait about 15 minutes so far to finish a mission (not horrible really). The mission was pretty tough solo, so I was hoping someone else would come along that needed it. Chat is horrible, so there was no way to actively find help.

I am stuck on Bullet for a Badman as it cannot be done solo and there is no one to try it with.

I think the poorly explained phasing is part of that. The community's starting to pick up the slack until we get another coat of polish on the grouping. Try to hook up with a clan, or look into The Need/Want for now.

this is also an mmofps not an mmorpg which are completely different in play style, mmofps,s are basically for people who run and gun, very little strategy involved, getting into a guild that mainly plays in your time zone will help in getting grps going.

and i have almost 14 years in playing some of the top mmorpg games so i defiantly know the difference
