lol yea I also talked to live help and they informed me of the same thing but I did not want to point fingers. I do like Trion they are pretty good with letting ppl know what's going on except when it only involves xbox then it is a real fiasco.

I am really hoping the issue is resolved. I too am having problems with the patch on the 360. It keeps patching until it says its unable to. I just bought the season pass which there is no refund for apparently.

Just following up on this - still looking into it but we don't have any resolution. We do see a small number of players able to get through and connect, but numbers are well (well) below what we expect them to be.

First off, making fun of peoples word choices is immature. If a major games servers are having issues or Xbox live's servers are down. They're obviously working on it. Big money is at stake here. Both have had these issues many times before. If there is a problem, they are trying to fix it ASAP. Its common sense.

"If a major games servers" what? This is a major game server? Last I checked Xbox defiance was one of the smallest servers there is? If the devs are not keeping us updated what is obvious ?

As for my post earlier, I'm sorry if it came across as playing the blame game. I always struggle with how to communicate information like this. Thank you phan I was good when you replied the first time and said you don't know what was going on. But thank you for the new update it was really nice of you. As 4 the other guy sorry about that I guess he feels like every one should just take what he is saying as fact and when they don't he got upset. where the (lag, server crashes, connection issues) is concerned I don't mind at all this game is way better than most mmo's. They're using a general game title, if you actually read all the service alerts you would understand.

But you just said that was all we needed to know. So I guess that was not all we needed to know we also needed to know what all the service alerts say now to understand? Point of fact no where in what you posted does it say we are using general game titles nor does it mention defiance or even login problems it talks about matchmaking . I might be wrong but a live update talking about matchmaking in Call of Duty: Black Ops II does not seem like all I need to know on why the defiance login servers are having trouble.
