Always wondered about this, SCORE results difference

Ever since last year ive been meaning to ask if anyone else is experiencing this and just havent.... the difference in score at the results screens. Mine has consistently been lesser in the 1st-21st results screen, than it is in the rewards results screen. Lots of times in more than 60,000 difference. It never did this badly before december. Then while all the events were going on, seems to be growing in difference. My internets always been fine at 50/25, but could this be from packetloss? That my score isnt updating fast enough? Or is it a result of the events and happening to everybody. (Ive really only played enough to let it get noticeably bad during the holiday events since october

You have a score boost going (or a Patron pass). The + next to your name shows that too.
Only you see your boosted score (which is yellow for that exact reason). Everyone with a + next to their name on scoreboards has a score boost going as well but to the public, only the non-boosted score is displayed.

I have the same problem but my question is as i am killing my score will reflect on number and when the reward window comes up it will be another number. For example hulker hell i racked up 106200 and when the score bored showed up i was 97000. I have no boost or passes going on but it always reflects a different score
