Season 2: Episode 1 not available

I looked and there has been threads regarding this bug but they were at least six months old (the two-three that I checked at least) so I figured a new thread would not be out of line. If I missed a more recent one I apologize.

Basically I've completed the entire main story line, all of season one episodes and the season 2 non episodic missions (alter-ego, pilgrims etc). Now I'm trying to do the episodic missions but the first one is not available. I've seen it on my map previously but because I wasn't done with the main story at that time I didn't do it.

Any advice or fix I can try?
