Duels - should a advisement system be introduced?

Been away for a while on both game & forums and with the armistice event thought I'd return to see any changes but sadly still see df weapon lag, being thrown out of vehicles at a moments notice.

I got challenged to a duel after a siege at diablo finished even though requests were turned off after inspecting the challenger I found that their ego was 327 because of that I declined the challenge got challenged again by the same person again of which I declined once more, they asked me why I refused I point out to them that at 5k my gear is more powerful than the gear obtained at their ego and it wouldn't be a fair fight but clearly wouldn't take no for an answer and challenged me a 3rd time so I regretfully accepted in less than a minute I had won the duel I explained again that at higher egos the gear obtained is more powerful and showed the weapon used but it got me thinking.

Should a confirmation system similar to when deleting characters be in duels when challenging higher egos or refuse to send a challenge to lower egos to stop farming in mt tam?

There is no reason to waste developers' time teaching people who cannot understand that 5000 is oftentimes greater than 327.

hi. there is a setting that you can deactivate accepting offers for duels.

I try to accept duels if I have the time. It's a pursuit for them, so even if they lose, it's another knocked off that 100 for them.

Have you ever seen someone die 3-4 times in a single duel? Hilarious.

yeah, use a Canker.

most weve been able to get it to do is 7 kills. as the bugs keep killing after the final round is over, and force you to ectract, and if you stand by the extracton point, you see them appear, die, appear, die, appear, die. its amusing, but not the end of the world. and its usually lower level people killed by higher levels that it happens to more.

ie in PvP have you ever been killed by an infector, then respwaned and vow revenge..only to die again, as the bugs are still on you?

Seriously the pursuit is 100. Help the kid out. I tried to let one win once and he aasked me what my sheild was made out of. Not looking forward to this pursuit at all. I think I'm gonna look like a nuisance or a bully.

You can get to 5900 w/o that pursuit, if you want to. I've never fought a duel in all this time playing.

I know but I would rather do everything else but Defiance Kart.

There is a setting, but it's "fake" no matter whether it's to yes or no duel requests still come thru. Trion seems to love bullies, so I don't they will ever give you a "real" option.
