The fact that the only way to get your items is to talk to live chat support is absurd. i'm in queue right now, but I HAVE A JOB so i don't have the code with me its at home. so help me god, if i need that damn code trion, the email and code are linked to my account. If you cant tell i pre-ordered from that than how am i supposed to trust you with EVEN more money for a season pass or bits? please dont tell me that the system is so bad that you cant tell if i redeemed my code or not. Ill pack up every unopened copy of this game and ship it back for full credit. and tell all of our sister stores to do the same. May not be any skin off your back, but i refuse to promote something that is so badly run. I had faith before i really did, but this is the end of the line. hell i even apologized for my impatience on twitter, only to be kicked out of the only game that i have had a group to chat with. Im looking at this from both a consumer and a retailers standpoint. I was just asked if i redeemed my codes and checked the claim items in the defiance store by Myll_Erik, i said yes. now what?
