I got to silver with the shotgun that fires 3 or 4 times in a row for the flock of chickens and the LMG for the ones on the fence. I only found out I could do this when I ran out of bullets for that pistol your given.

First time I did this was a disater as i was shooting the ranchers instead of the chickens.

Just dont allow your counter resets, thats whole trick. Chicken that spawns on the ground (not chicken group) is for that.

Not my video, but yes, thats what I did.

Every in-game Leaderboard is using exploits. Which I dont care, because they effect me none. However, this missions is obviously broken/buff or something when compared to every other hot shot challenge. I can get Silver/Gold first try on every challenge I play on the first run. I did this for over 3 hours the "right" way and couldn't even come close to Bronze. Something is flawed.

I've yet to met anyone or have any friends beat this the "right" way. If you did, kudos.

I actually did beat this on regular, but to be fair i failed it alot and just got it right. The hardest part is predicting where the chickens will spawn on the railing and beating the ranchers to the chickens. The big chicken herds are also a trap as you waste bullets on spam fire. You just have to conserve your bullets and keep the multiplier going.

stupid assed challenge had me yelling at the ranchers, the chickens and the damn multiplier reset not fun at all, was it designed by some sort of sadist? <.<

    I'll make it simple

the mission ends when you dont have any ammo left in your main weapon
    there is no time
you can use grenades when the bunch of chickens pop up

so basically, if you have hours to waste you can get as high of a score as you want...simply kill a couple chickens here and there to keep the multiplier up, then kill the big flocks with grenades. you can do this all day and night long

this Hotshot is purely an exercise in frustration: braindead simple yet painfully boring and loooooooooooooooong
