last I checked I live in America land of the free and I have the right to voice my opinion I aint gonna end up banned from the game and forums for speaking my mind and I can sue if itdoes happen as it its a violation of my amendment rights in the u.s constitution

That's not how it works. Your right to free speech is only a protection against government censorship and punishment. You do not have the right to say what you want with regards to private entities such as business, churches, etc. They all have the right to refuse service and/or have you removed from their premises if they wish. You also agreed to a contract with Trion when you created an account on these forums that if you did not follow their rules of conduct that they could remove your account.
