This bull**** needs to get fixed somehow. Those people driving around with the truck are annoying as hell. In addition they are almost invincible and deal massive damage, that's not fair regarding players with "weapons".

All it takes is a few ***hats to ruin it for everyone. Odds are they will disallow vehicles inside active Arkfall areas. That's the only thing that can fix this. And it is a problem, I watched one truck push a Monach off of a cliff and outside the Arkfall area. It needs to be stopped.

Yea but if they disable vehicles in arkfalls, it's annoying for Time Trial people who just happen to have an Arkfall infront of them. Suddenly they get out of their vehicle and boom there goes their Time Trial. It's annoying but vehicles do eventually get damaged and they have to spawn it again.
I get a kick out of seeing ppl going buck wild during an arkfall. Cars/Guns/People crawling around trying to get a rez LOL.
Especially during those big big arkfall events. Like the Hellbug Mother LOL oh sheet fun times to be had seeing those cars getting blown up and the person driving that car gets thrown across the screen.
Then tell the idiots abusing vehicles to stop. Tbh, it isn't even that effective. I'm regularly top 5 in the scoresheets and the only time I run anything over is when I am driving to the zone.Quote:

Sure I hate fools running over skitterings as much as the next guy...When it comes to bigger enemies though it's not even a problem. The fact that they explode is the fix to what could've potentially been an abusive situation. Seriously could you imagine if vehicles where indestructible?
If this complaint was about a vehicle killing a matriarch(Or whatever those bigger things are) in one crash, then I would see the point.
The problem is that the vehicles push enemies around in addition to damaging them. This can lead to problems when they are pushed outside of the zone. Not to mention it makes shooting them that much more difficult.Quote:

Freedom needs to get restricted sometimes. Just for example an arkfall today, a guy only driving around with the druck dealt 1.5 million dmg the second player only 150k dmg. So the 1st player did 15 times more dmg with a truck than a player using a weapon? That's not fair! And the most annoying thing about it was that THIS guy wrote "Truck driver 1st place" in the chat. This stupid idiots know they aren't playing fair and they dont do it because of fun - they just want to annoy other people and gain top scores in a very unfair way.Quote:

Fair enough I can see your point there, However a better solution than disabling vehicles is needed. I don't mind there being no damage to creatures or even noclip in the arkfall zone. If they force people to walk across the zone to the ammo box rather than drive and get back in time for the boss then that would be more frustrating than someone squashing bugs.Quote:

This is an easy fix, just disable vehicle summoning as soon as you enter the arkfall circle.
I have gotten rewards for like no work. I got to the last Arkfall and AFAICT never hurt anything yet got XP and a couple of pieces of equipment. Perhaps I never finished first (outside of beta) and don't know of a special benefit, but I'd say if the deadline was beaten then all's good.Quote:
