I got the black buggy from iron demon, 500$ special deal.. after I bought a blue one for 15k LOL
I'm pretty far in the game I've done nothing but missions an side missions and the 4wheeler I have is at lvl 6 I believe. Every vendor I have been to doesn't have other vehicles to purchase. I've only found the different colors for the 4 wheelers.
