I got one too. With mods it does 422 dmg, 17 fire rate, 3-round burst, and a 2.0 critical multiplier. In addition it does radioactive elemental dmg. Got it from a tier2 lockbox. About the synergy stats Idk atm as it's past midnight right now and I'm not going to play until tomorrow morning.
