PC: Bug / Server Issue ?

Logged in and the client promptly updated itself and launched the game. However, at my character screen the only options I have now are Update Appearance, Exit Game, Settings, and Delete Character (No Play Option). Also, I've seemed to have gone from 6 character slots to only 4 with the client prompting me to purchase more slots.

This happening to anyone else? Purchased the Season 1 DLC earlier this week, but everything had been working fine until this evening.

Just curious if it's happening to others prior to reporting if it's a known issue.

Edit: I've gone through all steps I've seen for PC issues, but none of the issues is what I'm experiencing. I'm able to load and get to the character screen just fine - No issue with patching it seems as my patch is up to date after initializing "update" feature on right-click of defiance icon. Next step was to repair, but it wants to download the complete game instead. As previously stated I've had no issues since returning on 7.4.15. Game has ran very smooth - transactions seemed to go through just fine. First instance I've had of an issue.

Just no "play" button on character screen. I've thought of using my character customization to see if the "play" icon will appear, but at this time I do not wish to waste my customization.

edit #2: Bit the bullet and wasted a customization on one of my characters. After the customizing the character logged in just fine and "play" button is now visible. It feels I'm being forced to use my purchased customizations now whether I want to or not. Is there a way to bypass this and keep my customization for the future in case I want to change my appearance? Also, am I mistaking having 6 character slots?
