Probably will come with the weekly update, which I imagine will be Tuesday, but that's just a guess. I imagine that's also when the Paradise Patriot pack will be removed from the store, etc...
There's nothing in PTS or Defiancedata. We usually know the replacement by now.

So according to the patch notes they fixed the Keystones but not the Shield chips.
