Future DLC Wishlist, Thoughts, Ideas?

Hi all,

I thought I'd might as well make a new thread in regards to the future DLC that Trion would be releasing and possibly make a list of things I'd like to see or just think would be interesting to see in general. These are of course just random ideas and people will have split opinions about them which is totally understandable!

Here's some of the things I'd like:

- Gear Sets (I understand people are looking for the best set up etc, maybe there could be various gear sets that specifically provide bonuses to certain attributes to fit the players play style and of course keeping them all balanced).
- Vehicles (As there are going to be more vehicles, It would be nice to see some 4x4's or maybe even aerial transportation? Vehicle customization abilities?)
- Character Options (Maybe another class to play as or more character customization options)

These are just some random ideas at the end of the day of course!

Why not post and share some of your own ideas and thoughts below of the thing's you'd like to see :D

I would like to see vehicle customization similar to the weapon system that effect stats and visuals

they should make it so that you can get the Cerberus outside of pvp or whatever it is in so people can band together and actually fight big monsters together on foot and in vehicles for example the robot watching the golden gate bridge. would have been cooler if we actually got to fight it and more other giant monsters/mutants/robots or anything big they can think of over all needs dlc that actually requires people to band together in groups of like 50 to 100 or even 100 just to progress in the story or side mission.

i soloed everything so far and didn't need help. Needs more team work a lot more.

p.s. more vehicles, without mounted guns and with mounted guns. plus i agree on that see newer environment thing. snow terrain, mountains or even a desert. maybe make some kind of boat or air craft that brings you to other world maps. would be so nice

I would like a storage system like chest....unless there is one and I just put my foot in my mouth

Introduce mail deliveries to various locations as a daily event. If you don't make the delivery, you lose Faction points for that areas' groups. And then introduce Mail as a feature.

If I have to grab a little suitcase and avoid hungry skitter bugs I am going to come find you!!!!

I want a hoverboard vehicle or a jetpack...I mean...this is the future afterall :-)

Or maybe a hover bike...just really sick of crashing into rocks.

Vehicles? Mechs, 4 seat vehicles and maybe vehicles with mroe than 4 seats, motorcycles, and all sorts of open vehicles that can seat at least 2.

In game character alterations. barber shops, re-applied war paint, etc. I can't stand having the same look for a long period of time.

Maybe a special token that lets you completely rebuild your character. gender, appearance, race. At least so long as races don't have inherent bonuses. If a race becomes selectable in DLCs later on, then one might want to not lose all their progress to switch over.

The ability to sit down. I don't mean crouch, but sit down in chairs, use benches, etc. Maybe more social emotes.

Storage would be awesome. I'm a sentimental horder.

the problem with this is imagine gathering all those people where most of the people you find at arkfalls or just sitting at shops who dont do anything useful and just sit there

One of the instances has a Cerberus you can drive for a portion of it.

• Vehicles: Dirt Bikes, Sport Bikes, Rock Crawlers and cargo trucks that can carry 4+ people
• More contracts and better varied rewards
• Weapon Fabricators, input weapons and resource to build your ideal weapon (would be high cost)
• Bayonet barrel mods
• High Caliber weapon classes. Ex: Beowulf .50 type ARs and mini cannon shotgun shells
• Railgun weapon class for bullets and flechettes
• Faction Outfits in vendors
• Smoke or flare marking grenades/pistol flare guns
• Faction Vehicle skins
• Server wide PvP as a option
• Stratocarrier City with Trade Board/Auction House and faction "embassies" Could also be a interesting shadow war area

*Bigger map :D
*more varied Vehicles
*a garage where we can edit the look of our Vehicles and add better engine tires boost mounted guns etc.
*more outfits and add arms legs boots so its not just head and body
*maybe a arkfall but in space?
*ability to invite npc to your party so u will never be alone
*more social emotions like sitting and more dance options
*even bigger bosses (drools)
*change the color of your gun

that's about it for now :D great game keep up the good work

I'd like to be able to view the entire world map at once ingame. Some more stuff to do in san fran would be nice too

vehicles with GUNS

Also enemies with the special weapons...and more special weapons...and more places/uses for the special weapons

Fix "Thats all i got".
Rework menus and HUD.

I would like customizable vehicles and more vehicles. Trucks and dirt bikes would be fun.

I would like them to fix the core game before worrying about DLC or attaching things to DLC that should have been in the main game in the first place.

I'd like to see a part of the map opened up that is strictly for Open World PvP. Like a new zone that is completly optional. You would be able to vs other people in free for all combat or form groups I think it would give the PvP a little flavor and get us away from having to que up.

I would love MOTORCYCLES!!!! Even if the only way to get one was from the cash shop, I would pay way more than a sane person should for it.

Other than that, I like a lot of the ideas in this thread, especially:

-A garage where we can edit our vehicles and add custom options/mods to them
-Faction vehicle skins
-Faction outfits

Also,
-CRAFTING! Sure, mods are ok, but we should be able to craft our own weapons and sell them. No MMO is complete without an economy. Maybe we could eventually craft and sell vehicles too. Make crafting a passive skill that everybody can get and work at.
-HOUSING! I know it won't work in this persistent world, with all the arkfalls and stuff, but maybe some instanced housing in some 'safe' area of the map. We could have some underground bunkers or something to display trophies from group instances, huge arkfall events, etc.
-More PvP maps and game types!
-More Pursuits/Achievements! It doesn't feel like there's enough in the game, and the ones that are in the game require a huge checklist of things to get done. Add more, and some smaller ones.

didn't read the whole thread so if already mentioned, sorry

NEW face options in the 1st DLC would be nice because all the guy faces are worn out wrinkled ugs

and introduce more clothing area options as in not just head and outfit. would like to be able to break up sets to wear what I like as vs a set that has 1 cool thing but the rest looks ******ed

Alcatraz Island in an expansion, Secondary key bindings, and hot keys for changing load outs.

I'm going to agree with you on crafting, it really adds a lot to an mmo and gives players something to do outside of combat. And I've always thought instances housing was great way for mmo's to add housing to their games if they didn't already have it from day one. Just put a doorway or hatch in one of the "safe" areas like the Crater Bar and when you go access the doorway you're "teleported" to your home.

I would just like to see more in the way of a
+bigger map.
+More enemies ( as well as a variety )
+More random encounters with large foes ( which I suppose I could tie in with the second ) but something similar to the walking/wandering hulker which was great fun especially when I saw him charge into someone's vehicle FORCING them to fight.

So overall just a bit more dynamic things, I mean we have a lot of smaller variety enemies which is great but those big ones those were massive amounts of fun :D

Also, this game reminds me of Borderlands...a lot. So, why not make it a bit more like it? Equip up to four weapons at once :D.

I would be happy if they added these items.

*knifes, swords, machetes etc. for melee combate
*elbow spikes for melee attacks
*assassination mode (if you sneak up behind someone in PvP)
*Customizable armor for your guild
*Customizable vehicles for your guild
*charger sniper rifles
*silencers for sniper rifles ONLY (last thing we need is to give cloakers silenced shotguns in PvP)
*inferred scopes (thermal) for guns
*armor piercing or shield piercing ammo modes
*I would like mines or remote detonated explosives to be put in the game
*I would like key codes to be added back to the little emergencies you run across in the world
*I would like to be able to add weapons and armor to my vehicles
*I would like to put a customizable paint job on my vehicle
*I would like a nice Harley Davidson, Kawasaki Motorcycle, Dirt bikes

A lockbox which acts as a bank, it's fairly annoying having to carry round a load of weapons and mods when I don't want to use them yet.

A city sort of thing, sort of like a safe zone, with market traders and possibly an auction house to buy and sell weapons. Also the possibility to sell my items to a vendor, but for someone else to buy them from that vendor.

Also greater customization over characters looks, hairstyle and vehicles.
