I disagree somewhat: Alcatraz is the hard date. Pure and simple.
You were able to hit ego cap relatively easily (if you clanned up) even after F2P launched (I started after F2P).
Everything was still available to a player. With minor investment (Meaning buying all the DLC content).
I know there's arguments against that due to the changes in the bitstore; And this is where I focus on people throwing good money after bad.

Point taken.

Not to mention the new whatever they are you need to do expeditions and only get three a week. (yea, I don't spend any time on Alcatraz).


I wonder if we will see any tie in content from Scarlet Blade? Seems that is more the direction this game is headed...

To be fair, the kind of work necessary for the team to really do things the "not lazy" way is far beyond the current teams means and or ability, and more importantly, not on Trion's priority list anywhere. Simple observation over the past two plus years leaves me with no other option.

That is normal. The siege is in its own room while the shadow war goes on outside.

I do point out to people that the BEST value in the Bitstore now is the Patron Pass: Even one month will give you a lot of Reqs, Arkforge, and boosts which help you earn even more Arkforge and Keys.
