Upgraded crime fighter to Supreme; no OJ roll

I posted this when it happened on the PTS and never heard anything about it again. Well it happened on live this time. Exact same situation. The OJ roll moved to the banana spot and I lost the OJ roll. As I don't believe in coincidences I'm gonna say there is no possible way I would get the exact same supreme roll on both PTS and Live randomly. On PTS I fixed this by rerolling the OJ roll and the resetting the tier roll. Couple of points about this fix: a) I'm not going to spend 125 arkforge to fix this and 2) when I did this on the PTS the OJ roll came up as crit mult. I already have crit as the green and this did not change the green to something else. After resetting the tier roll I ended up with an OJ crit mult roll. As well as the green crit mult. So I have a double crit rolled crimefighter on the PTS. I'm assuming the same situation is occurring on live.

Maybe I'll reroll the OJ roll and see if I can get a brand new unique crimefighter with double crit rolls.

Still no change on my crimefighter stats. As an update; the one on the PTS which I fixed broke itself. When I logged back in it was back to not having an OJ roll.

Also; Hellbug Hunt T23 R1 in the EMC bunker, circular room. Killed the Hivelord and the two crystals stuck in a wall to complete the encounter; had the info bar up top telling me to open the cocoon. No cocoon in the room. Then I was extracted. No countdown or anything; though I believe it was right about 45 seconds from when it told me to open the cocoon. Boss died on the inner ring; close to the ramp located directly in front of the starting room. Time was about 7:50PM PST; maybe 7:45.

Unlike other reports of this, including the one I made on the PTS about this same issue (though that was in the bandit hideout), there was no cocoon at all. It wasn't a burst cocoon due to the boss exploding, which he started doing upon death at the release of the DM expo; there was simply no cocoon spawned.

I'd like to have a screen shot of it; but there isn't a convenient way to do that.
