Game freezes everytime during arkfalls

So I didn't have this problem before. Stopped playing around season 2 and came back last week. Haven't managed to do single arkfall (haven't tried small ones) without freeze. Once I tried to come back twice and quickly game froze again.
Basically all sounds stop and picture freezes. Then I alt+tab or ctrl+alt+del to desktop and Defiance process is gone. Also I believe I still have same hardware than before.

Okay it happens every bloody time there is bit more going around, sieges etc. Doesn't give that much reason to keep playing.
