VBI EEC SMG Mag Question

I have one that is a backpack oj and I have decided to put 4 t5 mods on it.

It has a white reload roll and no mag roll.

I'm not sure if I should put a high cap or a fast action reloader on it...?

The cooldown is 10secs so, I'm thinking that the fast action is probably a waste.

Mag > Reload

What is the mag and FR? The cooldown is only 10s. I put the T5 fast action on mine and it blurs constantly.
