Extralife event stalling/phased out on Xbox EU

For several hours no events have spawned on xbox eu and i've found a few spots where you can see the banner indicating you're at an event along with the ego saying an arkfall is near while there i no actual arkfall nearby or phased in.

Location in SV: 5245, 9167

Have been standing there for a while and "seen" event arkfalls spawn there back to back only to have timer completely run out. They also cannot be seen on the map.
A few times a banner for Control Grid popped up for a split second as well, only to spawn somewhere far out of range of where i was on the map (maybe its the central arkfall spawn point before it gets assigned a location?)

Yeah Kag the spawn rate on this small event sucks, come on Trion, this is for the kids! Just increase the spawn rate already! Were we supposed to support EL in expos?

This is still happening and can be seen at this exact spot if you stand there long enough (Which isn't long) for the whole sv region.

How are you able to tell the event is stalled? You have to be patient. Three to four hours waiting for an EXL event is not giving it enough time. Enjoy the green reward when you finally do get one.

You are missing the point entirely, if you go stand there right now you will get every visual queue of your character being at an event arkfall except for that it cannot be seen on radar map or in the world save for some visual effects in the sky (tachyon particles raining down or whatever it is). They are spawning ánd completely running out all in a non-existant phase or whatever.

Hence why i posted coordinates, so you can actually go have a look.
This happens when there are no minors active in Silicon valley as there can be only 1 minor (arkbreak not included)
