You don't get the halo immediately upon meeting the criteria, they still need to be granted, think it was about a week or so last year before the grants were done
They don't drop like other event headgears, just be patient and you'll get yours
We have had people get them from drops AFAIK. And the Defiance extra life page for 2015 says they are a drop.Quote:

I got mine last year and didn't even know there was an event going. Was new to the game than. Didn't realize I even got it till a few days later when I was changing headgear and nameplate. Funny thing is all my toons have it. Even my lower toon has it and he was just made a few months ago,wasn't even made at the last EXL. This year it might be different though.
I would like this headgear but I won't be on for most of today and yesterday was terrible with spawn rates.

Wouldn't think it would be,especially after all the issue's with this event. I know last year I got the halo and title "the charitable". That's the same thing they said we'd get after 1hr of playtime. Some ppl said these were supposed to drop though,not sure. Edit: just looked at the news announcin EXL. Never said these would "drop",just you would have a chance to get these. So take that how you'd like.Quote:
