Taking offers on plumed anguish

Will consider trade and scrip. I do however always like trade better, but i have a lot of crap soo scrip will be given equal consideration this time. No idea what the value would eventually be. Posting because I had 2 players interested in general discussion.

Modded with t4 recoil, t3 max force, t4 reload and t3 or t4 precision also have a t4 crit if you prefer

If you mod with t4 crit the total crit goes from 4.0 to 4.7 and the current dmg goes from 24xxx to 22xxx. Dmg may be different because of rig, but crit should be the same. I'll double check all of this when I get home.
