It's a hotfix for a bug preventing some players being able to play.
The bug was affecting Irathient males wearing certain outfits.

take a Wild guess what else was in that patch.

i'm thinking this too because as soon as i logged on zone chat was full of people complaing about being banned and blaming others for "snitching" on them.
