supreme

Okay so how does the whole thing work of what guns you can supreme and can't supreme on this game I've wasted a lot of arkforge trying supreme my mass only for trion to tell me I can't supreme it like really waist all that AF for nothing

Only natural T4s or T5 weapons can be Supremed.

If it was made oj from a T1-T3 it can't be supremed.

If the salvage matrix allows you to attempt to supreme a gun then the gun can be supremed. If a gun can't be supremed the option to do so just won't be there, so although it's possible to waste a ton of forge attempting to supreme a gun it's impossible to waste forge on a gun that can't be supremed

Yeaa but trion them self told me they looked at my mass cannon and that its encrypted and can't be supreme but it still let's me try it

Trion customer support? Wouldn't take what they say as definite, forums are full of poor customer support advice

Can I ask what kind of encryption is showing on the weapon card? There are 2 levels of encryption. A white lock on the card means the gun is indeed encrypted, but only to add the old encryption dmg bonuses oranges got before supremed were a thing, it's rarity can still be upgraded

Red lock means it's encrypted too but it also means the gun can be upgraded no further, an orange gun with a red lock can't be upgraded, only warmaster oranges and gear from before encryption can have a red lock at orange

If your gun has a red lock and it's allowing you to attempt upgrade they need to refund your forge as it's a fault

If it has a white lock then ask a Dev to look at it to tell you if it can be upgraded, rashere might be the one to ask in this case as he knows more about guns than customer support
