If you're asking "my" value of them, tbh, nothing. They hold absolutely no value...
i tend to agree with reb, but i've tried to think about this objectively. obviously bit store guns usually garner a premium. however, in my opinion, this gun has a few things against it. first off, it doesn't seem that impressive. others have explained its drawbacks in other posts, but for me one of the biggest is the backpack syn and the price on those damn shield boxes. it is such a crap shoot on getting a shield that is worth equipping for the second bonus...i mean 50 bucks real money for a possible tachyon blockade ark...no resist, no useful bonus, mid cap...how much is that gonna be worth? on the flipside, the guy who pulls an ironclad survivor can probably just name a crazy amount. it will be interesting to see if these make any splash at all. the rig is the real wildcard here. most likely you are dropping 150 and getting both rig and gun and will sell one if you decide. i hope nobody plans on buying more than one of these just to sell them...jesus that is nuts, somebody will definitely do this. i guess only time will tell, if nothing else it should be interesting.
A small loan of a million dollars
With the actual real money spent to get them, I see the guns and rigs going for 50 million scrip on consoles if not more. Only a few will buy the boxes and fewer still will offer up for sale/trade.
There is a post from one player who pulled 11 augment boxes on pts and pulled 2 ARK shields. Both were tachyons. None of the 11 were regen of any type. I am sure that the shields are weighted to drop the good ones rarely. I just don't see the value in buying these so-called bundles for resale in-game. You could end up spending some serious money on digital goods that may not be useful in a few months.
The one lucky person who does get an ironclad survivor will be set for sure.
The only way to know is to put a set up for auction, highest bid wins.

Well, I can buy a performance rear tyre for my bike for the same price as the bundles, so if I was ever insane enough to buy a bundle, I'd sell the gear for a rear tyre...
