Any rare or legendary shields?

I'm looking for A shield that reduces damage by 5-10% if it exists, any level.
Will buy for 20-30k script.

found a purple shield that has a 70% recharge rate and 2187 defense. found it on a random roadblock mission

I got legendary shield it's worth like 13k would trade for an epic/legend ar rifle

I got a legendary shield for opening my opening my Arkfall rewards lock box ....its only a 20 EGO rating
Stats- Cap-About 1100
Recharge- 40%
Delay-2.4
I think it says 25% health regen or something to do with health regen
