Yeah, it was like 20 minutes ago before the EMERGENCY that the EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE is for happened, and all week without any problems at all =)

To make sure your issue is resolved, I will need to escalate your ticket to our Tier 3 support team, they will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours.
Currently our engineers are working hard on a fix for this issue and hope to have one in place soon.

GM : I am sorry, I do want to get you in the game but at the moment I have run out of troubleshooting steps for this issue
You: well what is the issue that you have found?
GM : Certain customers are experience connectivity issues and we are looking into the cause of the problem.
You: so i have a lame duck game because no matter what i do I will be unable to connect?
You: how do i obtain a refund for this?
GM : If you wish to refund your order, you must contact the retailer in which sold the game, in this case it would be Steam.
You: so your tier 3 support will take 1-2 days to respond to me via email?
GM : We do strive for a faster response time than this, but standard response time is 24-48 hours.
You: and there is noone there today that can look at this for me today?

So like many others I am having the connectivity problems too. And yes you would think the company would resolve this crap with the beta but no they just release **** over and over take the money and run just like all the other companys. Hopefully they will resolve these matters, money don't grow on trees ya know and I feel like you robbed me for $60.......

It is nice to be kept updated. Since it's been running so fantastically for me, I cannot or rather will not complain. As for "PT" that's Pacific Time, United States. Which is UTC -8:00 for those I cannot remember that mentioned international players.
yeah geting timed out over here, before the servers are going down you guys do what you gotta do to bring them up

MY character has gotten a lot uglier now that I've been staring at him for 30min. Not to mention it feels like he's peering into my soul.
Keep up the good work Trion. Except for around the downtime maintenance periods I haven't had a single problem yesterday or today.
