What should have came the game for every edition should have been a stress ball, seems like a lot of people could use 1...
The fact that this is the best mmo i have played on xbox and they are fixing things on the fly such as a PC game should make people happy.I mean if this was halo or call of duty and something happened you would have to wait a few days with a patch here its maybe a half hour to hour and your good to play again.Yesterday i was able to play a few hrs none stop and today it was pretty solid not sure why everyone crys about things just relax, rub one out or get drunk it will all get better.
Yes, there are connectivity problems. I agree that they should have been resolved in Alpha/Beta before they launched the game. What you have to keep in mind though, is that Defiance is unique in that it will be synched with a TV series. Unlike other MMOs, they could not postpone the launch until every problem was resolved.
I know it's frustrating, but they were on a schedule...
Man you think I would mess with you? Hell no!
What time zone are they referring to please? It looks like peoples post times are associated with their time zone. Servers still down? thanks much.
that's a moronic statement. Saying the terms of service deny a right to complain? Haha, okay. Because that can happen.
Anytime someone pays for a service, and the service is unacceptable, they have the right to complain. BUT. Just like in a restaurant, you may complain because your food takes an hour to get to your table, but at the same time, they may be understaffed, it's a busy Saturday night, and they apologize for the inconvenience. So you also have the right to understand and let it go, and say well, they were nice about it, I was bummed. But anyone has the right to complain.
I find it funny that everyone thinks they have the right to ***** and complain about a game cause they bought it. You do have that right, but we have right to make fun of you for being a dumbass and complaining on a forum and thinking your rant will make a difference to the devs if you leave or not. Others will replace you.
Game over, man! Game over!
These rollbacks are gonna come back in here and mess us up, man!
Thanks sledge for letting us know i can not wait till all the little server issues and bugs are cleared up... only down fall is i lost half my bonus xp cause of all the down time but still a great game
Lol I know right, this has been the smoothest launch of an mmo ive ever seen. Completed story missions now and just starting to go back and finish up all the pursuits and side missions, arkfalls etc to get that xp. I have not had one serious bug hit me since i started and no connectivity issues, so odd how some do lol. Oh well <3 this game no matter what other ppl complain about.
Final round of last boss; needed just one more shot; so did he... Boom, the server decides to shoot me in the head instead :/
how do I become a suppression spiritmaster in this game?
MMOTPS and I just meant in general MMO launches.
Aww I just got home from work. =(
Servers are up for me now.
Saturday Night Live is on. Go kill a few minutes, drink a few beers, and refill your quest-tanks... Mmmmm, Lime-a-Rita!

Literally ZERO hiccups or issues connecting. Every day since "Pre-launch" April 1st. I almost feel bad for those having trouble. *Pats the PC* good boy. Mentioning that makes me wonder if it isn't a platform issue then. Hmm, this should start people complaining and raging I'm sure.
That deserves a meme
Lol just got back home, can't wait to get back on and play!
All this talk of how MMO's always have these problems, they can't be foreseen, blah blah blah. Well then how bout this: In the commercials, on the packaging, say the release date is April 15th; coinciding with the tv launch, but for two weeks we can play the game early for live beta testing if we want. All of a sudden, what is now a source of much frustration and complaint, instead turns into a period of privilege, where we shouldn't have been able to play this awesome game yet but have a chance to dabble with it ahead of the official launch date. We'd be eager to participate in the testing, give feedback, help improve the game. All it takes is being upfront, honest, and accepting of the reality on the company's part that it won't be perfect at launch. Well market it that way. Call it a preplay beta period. Problem solved. I mean really, how friggin hard would that be? It's all about perception. When you overhype and overmarket a game like this, and it fails multiple times a day every day since launch, then you deserve the negative remarks. It's that simple.
man i love this game. hopefully this patch will fix my Fortitude perk. HP not increasing. oh well.
Nice video that should bring a smile to the angry mob?
why do they not lock these threads?
