Could having quicker reflexes be the answer? Possibly object tracking?

I think they should nerf BRs and buff Northstar Flares. Give them a base mag of 20 and a fire rate of 12.

Infinity, that was really funny when I first saw that posted here 2 years ago...
Last year same thing although it was less nerfing more buffing...
Looks like its back to the nerf board.
I think I used to have one of those immunizers back when I first started playing. Pretty sure I traded it eventually. My opinion is there were some nerfs/changes/buffs made to weapons that only older players would have seen. So far the list seems accurate. The buffs some weapon types have recieved within the last year including the unnecessary introduction of supremes and rigs have made certain weapon types over powered and others almost useless in pvp. I feel this all was in direct response to pvp simply because open world enemies are still too weak after being buffed. Take for instance the Top Notch Boomer with multiple bonuses (pre patched). The only way to combat it was to buff other weapon types. Now, even with a good rig you can barely kill anyone with them because of unnecessary buffs. Same with charge snipers....
It's all because of pvp (except SW). Honestly, I don't play enough anymore to worry about any of it. Mainly because old bugs still exist. Reports of bugs get overlooked time and time again. Hardlocked consoles. The list goes on and on. *Trophies for DLC* it's been like 2 years still broken.
I like the game and at first I hated pvp then I liked it now I hate it again.

so in summary, no, blast rifle didn't get nerfed--- but the boring nonstop-every-day bunnyhopping blast rifle tactic is now out the window.
(note: about 50% of players are affected by an over-shakescreen effect, where blast rifle causes a stacking shakescreen and resulting in framerate drop)
all the weapon changes (except carbine recoil) are buffs.
this opens up pvp to a LOT more options. melee is now a force to be reckoned with-- if you're not actively looking for an escape route while you pvp, a melee user will rustle your jimmies. better restock on nades every round.
you're gonna have to be wary around corners-- a crit-pistol user will bust your head in a jiffy, and there's gonna be a lot more hallways for det users to lay traps on.
beware open space too, whoever gets in cerberus will be like juggernauts on the patrol.
the closest thing you're gonna get to bunnyhop-shooting is to bring a shotgun and use jumping for dodging but being planted on the ground when shooting.
for general dodging you're prolly also gonna need to learn to use that crouch button, old-school FPS style.
i know the pvp crowd has seen me practicing my crouch-n-strafe bobbin-n-weavin... it's the ultimate jukin'. fancy footwork. work it.
hope the bunnyjumping changes doesnt affects pve since its pretty usefull in expos or yea imma be pretty pissed off
