    impossible to log in with my main toon... at least i was lucky enough to completemy 5 other toons on the crits .... huehuehue

    How about yet another bump for this same issue due to it continuing again today. Its happening to so many people now that has a name. The issue is referred to as "Extraction point locked". Oh well, maybe we'll try again tomorrow to see if it magically fixes itself right? lulz smh

    Lol same issue here. Trying again tomorrow to do the daily arkfall and the other dailies then Netflix. If it allows me to stay online. If not I might return Monday I might not.

    I'm going to patch shortly to see how it's going and if I can get the holiday pursuit done.
    I've not bothered trying to the weekly on any of my characters.

    I submitted a ticket about this issue and support told me to clear my cache and reset my xbox clock to sync my live connection. Oh boy, wouldnt life be grande if this extraction point lock issue was that easy to fix. lol

    p.s. I always clear cache and my box is sync'd.

    p.s.s. Havent had the "extraction point lock" issue for a few days...yay dev team!

    It would be nice if day one players with active patron passes had a more direct access to dev support...we've been around the block a time or two and paid the driver to get us there. =) lol

    There should be a sticky titled "How to fix known issues" here and in each of the bug report sections.

    Well supports suggestions didnt work as I do them regularly before submitting tickets, so it wouldnt have made the sticky. lol. The "Stuck" issues went away through one of the last patches which is why I said "yay dev team".

    Hey All,

    There are indeed some ongoing issues on Xbox that we are working tirelessly to resolve. I fully understand the frustration everyone is going through right now, however rest assured that this is our number one priority. I will have a new update coming out sometime today that will hopefully relieve some of these issues. In this update, we will be temporarily disabling the Exchange to rule that out as a possible issue.

    The Xbox community has been extremely patient, and we sincerely appreciate it. We WILL have everything running back to 100% sometime soon, so please remain patient just a little while longer.
