Just wondering if I could get an honest weapons review on the daisy cutter from someone who has brought the new bundle. I like the look of the outfit but the rest of the content (expect patron) is meh and this bundle is 3600 and I thought they're normally 2600, so the rl being good or bad is the decider if I buy it.

No it does not have a nano. But it does have a decent DPS. Has a 0 blast radius only because it's not a mass cannon but the projectiles actually break off the main rocket and there is 5 of them and once you lock onto a target fire in the air detonate it the projectiles fly at the enemy and deals great dmg. Hope this has some insight on the rl your speaking of. I will be getting it on the first but this is from what I have seen and heard from the devs on the live stream.Quote:

...or maybe they're just dying before the projectiles hit. The main missile hits, then explodes, then you wait for the projectiles to come back around. The main hit kills basic mobs, so the projectiles do nothing, but I tested on an Evangel and it did pretty well.

thought sod it, and bought one, like the previous post says it seems to miss its target an awful lot, is the blast radius really supposed to be 0? that seems like an error to me, there should be some splash damage from a rocket launcher, also if you are closer than before the rockets split it mostly misses the target

I wish it had a nano, why do you release anything without a nano? Its like an instant turn off for 99.99% of the people that would buy these. Every time I see these package its the first thing I check; does it have a nano. If there's no nano, then I won't waste my money on something to sit all pretty up on a shelf I'll never use.
As for the daisy cutter, I just couldn't resist it, nano or not. It does a good deal of dmg, especially when you roll and get the 50% dmg perk. Its alot of fun to use and makes a great aerial firework lol. Its really cool to watch the rocket break up and find its target. So I'd say ya its probably worth the purchase.
I just can't get it to hit a lot of targets, tried it on a Hellion, could not get it to land any hits. Sometimes a direct non-guided shot hits a target with all 5 shells...It just needs to be a lot more reliable. My best guess is that a small radius for each munition might help a lot with reliability.
