EGO, as mentioned, says this multiple times during the Arkfall. However, you still have people carelessly abusing explosives (killing the small Hellbugs before they're able to expose the crystal) or clowns at the Arkfall like the one I was at last night, driving around in Quads/Buggies running them down. For the most part though, people were firing at the crystal while waiting for the small ones to open a weak point.
The small ones aren't really a threat as much as they are an annoyance if they're actively focusing on the player during the event. Focus on the Warriors/Archers.
"Those Skitterling's bites have exposed a weakpoint in the crystal! Now's our chance to do some damage to it!" Surely you can't tell me you haven't heard her say this?

Nah, focus on the blast pods and if they are especially annoying the elite archers. Everything else is pretty much harmless if you keep moving, though it doesn't hurt to knock off those spawn timer eggs before they hatch if you notice em.
Now we need a PSA for Monarchs being vulnerable during their rearing up attack. If people would start saving their ammo for that moment they would take a lot more damage and get stunned, which keeps em from attacking AND opens up their tail vulnerability for even MORE damage.
EGO is a constant tutorial listen to her she may be annoying at times but she is EXTREMELY helpful with Arkfalls!Quote:

Also a consideration (And I love this thoughtful complication) the bugs aren't just biting the crystal for the hell of it, they take out a chunk which allows them to form a cocoon and rapidly evolve. IE if you let a small hellbug survive after it bites a crystal, it will run off and turn into a warrior or archer, so you need to allow them to bite the crystal, but finish them ASAP after they do.Quote:
