They're extremely rare and most of the players don't know that old rolled couriers and clustershots could have nanos.

Do not re-roll the missing blue roll. I found out the hard way that it removes the nano from the gun. I'm still waiting for mine to get fixed because I didn't know and it's been 3.5 months.

Maybe I should ask if there are any rerolls?
