Loss of Jackpot

Since customer support isn't answering me I'll put this here. After doing a 99 Problems major arkfall I saw that I had gotten a Extermination Protocol on my reward screen. I went and checked my chat log to take a picture of it saying I got it no big deal. Soon after I take the picture I get a critical error on my screen. I didn't think much of it since it happens a lot only to fully get back into the game and find out my Protocol is completely gone and replaced by a random blue gun. I submitted a ticket on this with no response so I figured I'd post it here and hope a dev sees this or something.

pics or it didn't happen.

GL with this...imo ,if you had time to take a pic etc...the gun should be there....check claims etc...I just found out I had a purgatory , in my inventory...I never even seen it as a reward on the screen ... too say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement ... :)

I've had this issue before and decided to start taking pics just never had to post it on forums before.
