Id swear that this was the fix. I really hope this gets fixed seeing as how it also effected all of the resparks i own trying to figure out why the shields needed to be tampered with. Shouldn't need to touch stats to add new shields i dont know what you guys got for training but id get my money back if i were you

my respark blastproof ex's and respark blastproof ark superiority are still resparks.
but have seen the pandemonium shield that's supposed to be a respark, and omec respark, with rebel stats
