questions about the 360 EU server

Ok so im 6ke on the 360NA server. Im looking to keep the game from getting stale. What are the ppl like on tthe EU server? Theres some cool ppl on the NA server but theres so much drama and crap to sift through. Seems like everyone wants to rip eachother off. Is it the same over there? Plz describe and give as much info as pissible. Also, hows the pricing of stuff over there? Its impossible to get cool things on the NA server without being filthy rich or a complete ****.
