Syphon nano on explosives - As we have stated in the past, this is something that simply does not work due to game mechanics. Explosives work differently than bullet weapons, and it is far more complicated than simply stating that they explode. Syphon, and by extension lifesteal, is something that is extremely overpowered on explosive weapons, making for very unbalanced gameplay. I also wanted to point out that Nano proc chance DOES influence the 4 set for this synergy, and it is possible to have all 5 nanos affecting an enemy at once!
Yes, that was a bug on PTS, and was addressed prior to the update going live. The Master of the Universe currently only has 1 mag roll.
