I had an idea about nano and catalyst mods.
Basically do away with them but have a scrip cost for nanoless weapons that you want to put a nano on.
You could also have a scrip cost to change the nano on weapons.

This has always been an issue though. In year one, people played the game while others did the boring grinding days on end. I pulled 4 to 1 boxes compared to the casual player therefor I pulled much more valuable loot. I put in the effort for what I pulled so I was paid for that by other players.
Now I agree Trion blew it with the inaction of exploiters. These numbers are just a guess, but Id guess we went from about 500 billion or so total scrip in game to about 700 billion and a few weeks. When players are gloating about having duped 15+ t5'd supreme Until Deaths and have well over 3 billion scrip, then Trion failed the rest of the community by ignoring at least the top offenders. BUT AGAIN, this problem shouldnt trickle down and become something I or any other vets have to pay for out of "balancing the game".

Update all mod vendors by getting rid of green mods and add t4 and t5 mods. 100k for t4s and 500k for t5s.
Add a event mod vendors for past event and charge double the standard syn mods.
Id probably blow through 100m scrip on day one. ;)
