The XBox still works so it seems that there is a 250 gb HD at game stop. I don't want to spend to much with the next generation around the corner.

as i said in another thread, my bother upgraded his xbox that we had shared for the longest time just recently, he bought a used 120 gig HD for around $30 from gamestop (he traded in old games to pay for it to save money too lol) and used a 3 gig flash drive to switch his saved games between the two (old 10 gig and newish 120 gig). he was using the 10 gig HD as well, now he just leaves it laying around somewhere.

another thing is you can switch things to cloud or a flash drive.

personally, i have an old (original) 512mb memory card..yeah, a MEMORY CARD for my xbox360 saved games... my cousin has the new slim xbox... it only accepts flash drives, but my memory card works, and it fits in my xbox so... screw using a flash drive for the saves, simply put what i need on cloud if i think im going to use his xbox for anything.

if it aint broke dont fix it, just adapt it
