Found OJ Reload Chip in an OJ Omni dropped rig...

Hey everyone,

Just a heads up... I found and OJ Reload chip inside an OJ Omni Instigator Rig last night. I haven't bothered to check the chips on rigs in a while. Last night as I was counting the types of chipslots on the rig, I was running my mouse over them, and suddenly got a surprise when I found this OJ chip inside the OJ Rig!

So for any of you Expo Runners who normally breakdown your OJ Rigs (without giving them a second though) because you have like 20 in yer inventory already... this is just a heads up. Might want to start checking them.

Don't know if it's a fluke or what but hey maybe with the Supreme Chip Update there's the chance for OJ chips on OJ Rigs now...

Sounds like you got really lucky because I have yet to get an OJ chip in any dropped rig from expos. I've pulled 15-20 of them to boot.

I pulled an Omni a couple of months after expeditions were released that came with an OJ Recoil chip on it. Now I always check rigs before I break them down, but I haven't seen an OJ chip on one since.

BTW, whatever happened to being able to view rigs without equipping them?

I can confirm this as well, pulled an oj omni from expo last night, before breaking down i had a look at chips and there was an oj recoil reduction chip which i pulled from rig before breaking it down

also pulled supreme damage diffuser from vendor with shards so that was pretty awesome.

I was lucky enough to get a oj rig from a crate and think that had a oj chip in it.

I thought the veterans knew it lol, the first oj rig i got had an oj reload chip and that was way before the supreme patch, since then i always check and i found another oj reloader and a nano initiator so far. Not always it has an oj chip also it only take seconds to check it.

why you posted this on forums now devs will nerf it like they doo with all good things in this game
they will say its game breaking bug
need use brains im here 3 years and see changes only to bad side not good

This is normal. I find oj chips in oj rigs all the time. Found one with 3 oj chips in fact last week.
I thought this was common knowledge....????

Sounds like youve gotten more than 1 OJ rig??
Ive completed over 50 expeditions since the start of the harvest event and havent seen anything OJ - nada - nothing - bumpkis.
I even went as high as tier 30 and only saw T3 and T4 gear.
And you got an OJ rig with an OJ chip :confused: it mustve been a glitch, mark me as ultra jealous.

You have to view from the inventory screen not the rig screen - ya really - lol.
