Understanding the earnings system

People need to understand the the dev's are NEVER going to implement a karma meter, or explain how karma is calculated. People can make all the forum poasts they want and its a waste of time. I, for one, DO NOT WANT the math behind karma revealed or any sort of karma meter, indicator, or otherwise. If this information were to be put into the game, or released on these forums, the exploiting would start, and yet another cool game feature would have to be taken away from us.

You guys that want this information on karma have to get it in your heads, that it would be the death of karma. Karma works as intended. Every patron player gets a drop between 70 and 120 finals. Everytime some posts otherwise, Destro has had to make a post basically saying that person didn't do the number of finals they said they did, and to keep playing as their karma was still building. (He's already done this numerous times)

Just play the game folks. Harp on the real ingame problems and bugs. Don't harp on things that are working fine.

I know just about everything I need to or want to know about karma. I just don't like seeing misleading information that you get 1 karma point per major being posted.
...Bentu, doing 100 majors is 100 less than the number you have to do, could be relevant as well...so what we're you trying to say?

+1 Gaige 12. Every time i read a post questioning karma i cringe thinking that the devs will get fed up with all the doom and gloom theories and karma doubts and just scrap it when as you said, it is working just fine. Karma is one of the coolest things they have added in a long time imo. After grinding a few events and getting no jps at all, i would much rather get a guaranteed one even if its less desired. Someone in the clan is always stoked to get a free jp that i got multiples of.

Something I would like to point out and I'm not pointing any fingers but it's been quite a while since we've had something released without something being broken and there are too many examples to list.

The only reason I'd want a karma meter of some kind is to know that it's working or is on.

It could be a bar similar to our xp bar or just a little light gizmo thing that tells us it's on.

I can't see any problem with the latter of the two but for the acknowledgement of karma to be hidden for whatever reason just doesn't sit well with me.

Edit. Just saying. We do have notifications of other bonuses etc working.

I know that each one has his desires, some like the way he is, others want an indication that Karma is active and others want to know about mathematics back, i respect everyone and their desires so i hope they respect mine.

Sobre somar 1 ponto arkfall, isso seria um dado interessante pra que gosta de dados mas só quem pode afirmar isso são os devs.

As the Bentu spoke, there is something missing beyond the word of the devs, it's like going to a church just because the priest said you have to go.


And yes, I am one who likes concrete information and data, not a person who is content with promises.
