why are they not a thing? It would be cool to throw a grenade out and have it explode into a cloud of syphon gas and steal health from enemies who walk into the cloud, or if they're behind cover it could draw them out. Sounds cool to me, anyone else?

I was just remembering when they had Sol's Prominence Grenade Launchers that had the nanos on them. When they went live they took out the syphon variety... many people were not happy. Not sure how this works now with the Comet GL giving life steal on reload. I'd love to see a syphon grenade launcher, just for the look of the explosions... but after the Decadence with the normal blue explosions instead of an Oarnge Fire one I'll probably be disappointed if it ever does come out. I would still love to see a weapon that had the blue liquid fire effect from the expo igniter bosses and the Bulwarks. That would be wicked.
Syphon grenades is a great idea now since syphon proc now make targets take more damage.
I like the idea...and now that they have syphon working with infectors, why not grenades? Excellent suggestion!
Been done in borderlands don't see why it can't be done here
Syphon still needs to gain a little more Buff, still weak equal electric.
Count me in on adding syphon 'nades.
