Just saw forcelol on youtube say hes loving the game. Wanted to get opinions from you guys. So is it worth buying for ps3? Are their many people in the game to play with? Hows the gameplay?

Oh hecks yeah, game is great . Quite a few bugs but I've seen Trion in action with Rift, we'll all be sitting real pretty in a week. Game has me playing like a 15yr old on Xmas break.
Been great for me. I've been able to play just fine. Haven't even noticed a ton of lag.
Anyone else get slight lag in ps3? Frame rate issues?
I've wondered if there's problems with the PS3 itself? I get the same lag in Farcry 3 a similarly open-world type game.

its a great game., you wont be disappointed, honestly...i played the beta and pre ordered shortly after, was waiting a wk for the game to come out and was freaking out lmao...now me, my gf and our kids are waiting for the show to air, its definitely a great buy...sometimes the frame rate tends to lag a bit during arkfalls but thats because there's soooo many players on the screen at 1 time, but i have faith that trion is working to eliminate that issue, if you do decide to get it ill add to my list if you wantQuote:

Every once in a while the map will take a bit to come up for me. It seemed especially bad tonight when I was in a busier area for some reason. But it's usually not as bad.

Works perfect in PS3.
Loving it! There are a few minor thingds here and there that Trion will iron out. Only saw lag on the Arkfalls, but it lasted a few seconds and corrected itself. I have highly recommended this game to others and I still do.
The game is a lot of fun.
There are some issues though. Bear with them while they are fixed.
Biggest issue is the mics cutting out.
I'm also seeing some server disconnects as of today.
There are lot great things bout game I tell my friends who care bout voice chat etc to wait till after patch. They have fixed alot already a big one is shadow war is so much better. I would say my biggest complaint right now would be the bugs with Co op where yu can't see team mates. Or when mics work before you go into Co op and pvp but you have to log out after match for them to work again. For most part good game
Yep, the Shadow War is a MILLION times better. I wish there was an option where you could only join one at the start though. They also need to get Explosions 101 working. But for the most part the only times I've had issues are when I'm trying to change load outs during a particularly busy time. I wish there was some way to quick-change load outs.
The framerate sucks (20-25 fps) but it's still better than the xbox 360 version, probably the worse.
Some sounds problems too on both version with delayed voices and textures poping, specially during time trials.
You can fix this problem with a ssd drive on your ps3, but not worth the price.
Its really good but repetition sets in pretty quick, hopefully they will address this in future episodes though and the patch which is due soon will fix lots of other problems too.
the game is great,but if you haven't bought it yet, I'd wait until after the patch. shadow wars is still broken for me. Ive only been able to get into one match, really 40 second respawn :/ , most of the time I get booted off the server. nothing loads up quickly, players and ai dissapear randomly, grouping up w/ people usually makes the lag/bugs worse. I fell through the map twice this weekend once while driving someone in my duni and once when getting out of someone elses challenger.
all & all it's a lot of fun, but I would wait until these issues are fixed. there's supposed to be a patch today, although now I'm reading conflicting reports, at least for the ps3.
