dual wielding suggestion !

So the raiders run around with an uzi in in 1 hand , That made me think !

Are we gonna have Dual wielding options somewhere in the future ?
uzi's, pistol's and other small like weapons wold be more fun to use in pare of dual wielding !

Personally i find pistols useless ... takes 1 slot of 2 wen you can equip rifle's in both slots !
Why wold i use a crappy little pistol who makes me **** the click button ?

Anyway this is just me speaking my mind . i think this wold improve the gameplay experience a bit.

What do you guys think ?

after seeing a couple of video and pausing every item they show , Pistol are pretty damn good stat wise ... but I LOVE dual wielding pistol and smg ... but i don't think it needed =)

I don't think we'll see it. Dual wielding isn't really practical in the real world, and when you toss it into a shooter with any emphasis on accuracy it just becomes a waste of ammo at anything more than point blank. And I personally love pistols and being underestimated when using them. And the feeling of taking down enemies with automatics with my "crappy little pistol" gives me great joy.

Rather have 1 awesome gun than two decent ones... two awesome ones you say... doubtful I say as usually dual wielding leads to less accuracy. What I would think was cool is a hand to hand disarm. Steal that aliens weapon and shoot em in the face with it.

basiclly this. In terms of actual use there is extremly little. But in terms of awesomeness level they do look sweet.

looks cool up to the point that you go cross eyed trying to look at the hole in the center of your head because you couldnt aim as well as the guy you were running towards... although, not sure if that works in a third person view, perhaps only first person :P

seriously though, unless you are in super close proximity and dual wielding small automatic weapons like the uzi, this is a bad idea. and seeing as i have yet to see a stream of video in super cramped conditions...yeah, you get the point.

These are not swords, these are firearms. Go take your desire to dual wield to some other game. Defiance doesn't need it.

Personally, i like duel welding weapons! but i just cant see it in Defiance!
Duel welding is a good idea, but only in small mapped games, like cod,, but in Defiance, the map is too big! you wouldnt be able to even get one hit!
anyway, in Defiance, you can have 2 ''primary weapons'', so there is no need of duel welding 2 small weapons together.
