Exodus is recruiting! (PS3)

WELCOME!

Exodus is a new guild that has been created just for Defiance. We want to have a mature and professional face in the world of Defiance and we're looking for player that can uphold this criteria.

We're looking to have the guild up and running for launch and will be active during the console beta. We're accepting news players and veterans to third person shooters and MMO's.

Requirements:

*We want players that are 18+ but younger players will be considered.
*Must be mature and respectful to fellow guild members.
*Must have a mic!
*Lastly, you must be active. We certainly understand that things come up where you can't be active and lives change, and we respect this.

I wanted to keep this short and sweet, so any questions you have can be posted or you can send me a personal message. The guild site will be posted below. As i stated earlier, the guild is very new so we're looking for members for every position within the guild. if Defiance allows it, we would set up guild rankings within the guild and distribute them as seen fit. We currently have two members running the guild, Loonatyc and myself, but all decisions are handled as a group vote with our officers. Feel free to PM Loonatyc or myself with any questions. We're going to have a lot of friends in the world of Defiance, but our enemies will be ten-fold!

Welcome! It is always nice to see another PS3 guild show up. Are you a PS3 only guild? Also the link at the bottom does not work unless it was intentional to leave that '/' at the end.

Thank you very much! I see you're with Corruption, i sent a message to Doc earlier. We are PS3 only right now, however i did play the PC beta already. The link should be fixed now, thanks for the heads up! You guys seem to have a great start already, and i hope we can work together out there in the world of Defiance.

Yeah talk to Doc/Darky about working together in dungeons/PVP. We have a growing member list but I am sure your group will grow as well.
I played the PC beta as well and I just enjoy the controller better so I am preordering the UE today or so.

I'll for sure talk to them. The beta was incredible and i also ran to GameStop right after to pre-order their exclusive edition =)

Yeah i agree the beta was amazing, I was just hesitant because I did not get to play with my PS3 controller so I have no idea how different the game will be. I'm sure Defiance will follow normal FPS controls but I am a tad worried about the camera speed, that is the one thing that I could never get down on console FPS games.

I'm with you there. The layout i saw during the IGN sit-down from a few days ago, was completely an FPS layout. I'm sure they'll allow for camera speed adjustments.

I guess you decided to create your own guild after you sent this message? Good luck then.

That is correct. I would like to work closely with Corruption and be friends out in the world of Defiance. Making our own guild just made sense to me and the other GM at this time.

We are currently open to recruitment as long as you meet the other requirements. Being in the US is not currently a requirement.

Just got the pre-order for the Ultimate edition... I'm looking for a clan to roll with during PvP and PvE in Defiance.

- a little about myself... I'm in my 30's, got a mic, I have an easy going and friendly personality, some experience in leadership roles in gaming clans (I'm comfortable in non-leadership roles as well), If the need arises I'm good with diplomacy, I've played my fair share of 1st person and 3rd person shooters and have a limited play experience with World of Warcraft (didn't last long due to the pay-to-play feature). I enjoy gaming a lot, so I'm online almost everyday.

- My play style: I'm good at close to mid range combat.

I have no problems taking a support role as a healer or something similar for the benefit for the group.

Also, I'm planning to play on the console beta, but there is a slim chance I might have to leave town due to a business venture of mine. If that is the case, I have blocked out the week of April 2... nothing is getting in the way of me and the release date of Defiance... F@!K Yeah! ha ha.

Loon had you covered last night as i had a lot of things going on. I have off April 2nd and 3rd myself, so i'm more than ready to have Exodus up and running at launch so we can get everyone grouped up as soon as possible.
